Pulse Of The
Dragon:

Secret
Knowledge Of The Pirates
"Several of the most
notorious pirates are reputed also to have been sorcerers and
black magicians. Usually this is seem in a kid’s adventure
context or in the flamboyant style of Grade B “adult”
swashbuckling novels and films. Because pirates are nominally
“outsiders” we have been culturally conditioned not to take
these people seriously except as possible kidnappers of tourists
and journalists venturing into international waters or the “no
man’s land” of the free ports and border areas of countries
under loose or shifting governmental control.
However, with more overt
commentary on the filing of deliberately flawed patents and the
publication of deliberately mis-simplified chemical formulae
and research observations, it becomes obvious that the term
“pirate” needs to be expanded beyond “privateer” to
“contractor”. Although a few classic and contemporary buccaneer
types will be discussed in these pages, the focus will be on the
concealed knowledge and research of contractors who have probed
the unknown, anomalous and supernatural either by necessity
or at the request of patrons or political employers..." by
